Romee Bias Dress | Nocturne Plaid

This dress is everything I have been scouring the thrift stores for. It gives that classic 90s form hugging shape with feminine coquette details in a way that feels instantly flattering and put together. It's so easy to dress it up or wear it casually. I've been pairing it with a black strappy 90s inspired flatform sandal and I'm literally obsessed. In the fall I'll be pairing it with a suede bootie and an over-sized blazer. I sized up to a medium in this one - I didn't find that there was as much give as I was expecting from the fabric. I first bought a small and exchanged for a medium (I'm usually a small or S/M in HJ). This is hands down one of my favourite HJ pieces!
