Orders are shipped within two business days unless otherwise specified on
the product page or on the website banner. Once your order is shipped, you will
receive an email with your tracking information.

CANADA & USA Orders

Shipping is free on orders over $300 & $9.50 otherwise

Standard shipping takes between 2 to 10 business days for Canadian orders, and 4 to 10 business days for US orders

Express shipping (2-5 business days) is $13.50

Local pickup is available in White Rock, BC. (Tuesday-Saturday 11am-4pm)

US orders : Orders to the US ship out from our White Rock BC storefront once weekly. All duties and taxes are pre-paid at checkout (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid), so you won't face any additional fees upon delivery.

INTERNATIONAL Orders

Shipping takes between 8 to 25 business days & is $24.50 (for orders up to $350)

Depending on your country, your item might ship without tracking.

Please note that harly jae is not responsible for any applicable duty fees,
which may arise upon accepting your parcel.
During any international customs process, duty fees may be charged upon delivery.


PLEASE NOTE: we are unable to ship to PO boxes at the moment. Please reach out if you have any questions about this!

Lost or undelivered packages

Once your order leaves our shop, it is in the care of the shipping carrier and outside of our control, including any delays that may occur in transit. If your package appears to be lost or has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll work with the carrier to investigate.

Please note that we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement for packages once they have been handed over to the carrier, including packages marked as delivered that cannot be located. Any resolution will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
