Orders are shipped within two business days unless otherwise specified on
the product page or on the website banner. Once your order is shipped, you will
receive an email with your tracking information.

CANADA & USA Orders

Shipping is free on orders over $300 & $9.50 otherwise

Standard shipping takes between 2 to 10 business days for Canadian orders, and 3 to 7 business days for US orders

Express shipping (2-5 business days) is $13.50

Local pickup is available in White Rock, BC. (Tuesday-Saturday 11am-4pm)

US orders : Please note that harly jae is not responsible for any applicable duty fees,
which may arise upon accepting your parcel.
During any international customs process, duty fees may be charged upon delivery.

International Orders

Shipping takes between 8 to 25 business days & is $24.50 (for orders up to $350)
