Unfortunately because of shipping costs, international orders outside of Canada & the USA are final sale.
Returning an item requires you to cover shipping expenses to our location in Vancouver, Canada. Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the item and restored to your original form of payment.
When you exchange an item purchased at regular price (no promo code used), we credit you $9 to cover part of the shipping costs that you will be required to pay in order to send the item to our location. We will also gladly ship your new item at no cost.
When you return an item purchased at regular price (no promo code used) for store credit, we will add $9 to your total. This is to cover part of the shipping costs that you will be required to pay in order to send the item to our location. The store credit will be issued in a “e-gift card” form that never expires.
harly jae reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on any items that have been worn, washed or do not meet the criteria above.

Once you’ve emailed us your request at firstname.lastname@example.org, and it falls within our guidelines, we will send you an email with instructions for the exchange or return. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to reply, we are a small team and will get back to you as soon as possible. Items must be shipped back to us within 3 days of our email reply.
